Very efficient stove. This was a replacement for an Arrow not now available. The ashpan I feel is too small, flimsy and shallow. The glass is easy cleaned if done regularly. Overall I would recommend this stove, Ottawa 21kw. Perhaps I could have a better ash pan made.-
Great service. I live in the outer hebridies so I was surprised they would deliver but I received this quickly and with no issues at all. The unit was well packaged and I'm looking forward to getting this installed.

Ordered back in August 2022 as a replacement to our Villager stove which had given a good 20+year service.
Delivered within 48 hours and fitted to our CH system by myself as no plumber wanted to do it but was straightforward enough.
We are now sitting at -5 outside on an old Victorian built house with it ticking over and we’re nice and warm inside, heats water in about 20mins and rads (12 of) are really nice and hot. Easy to keep going and very economical in my opinion for a large boiler stove, highly recommend.
Stove arrived in good time. It’s now fitted and seems to work well. I’m wondering if I should have gone for a bigger stove. It has to be on full to keep the radiators hot. There seems to be a lot of tar build up on the inside of the fire. The HETAS engineer said this is normal when there are no fire bricks? It does manage to stay lit over night when turned down to about 2 and banked up with hard wood. The window does NOT keep clean!
For the price and obviously availability of these stoves with the current regulations, I’m glad I brought it. If the tar doesn’t cause any problems then it was a good buy.
An absolutely brilliant stove/boiler which was delivered in a very timely manor considering it had to come all the way to the highlands of Scotland. The secondary burn system is a game changer regards to the extra heat it helps produce even with the smallest amounts of fuel. I would highly recommend this stove/boiler for quality to price ratio. The only slight niggle with it was that one of the door glass support screws was very rounded and needed replacing straight off but not worth losing a rating star over that.
Had the stove running for a few days now, first boiler stove, overall very impressed.
We have gravity system to heat the water, when the water return gets 40 degrees the pump comes on for our radiators.
After 30 mins radiators are 50 degree's on the hour they are piping hot.
Comfortably running 3 large double rads and 4 large singles pluss two bathroom towel rads. Does the job nicely, not used to the house being this warm.
Only issue seems to be the glass sooting up, daily cleaning needed, possibly user error every stove has its sweet spot, yet to find this one, not running the stove at full temp as no need for excessive heat, possibly needed a smaller one, hot water used all day.
After running the bath, takes 20 mins to have the tank back to temp.
Was originally concerned about how much fuel this would eat however is using about the same as our old 5Kwh. We would refill every hour. This holds 4 times as much but lasts 6-7 Hours and we get water and heating for the same cost.
Just bought this stove not fitted yet but first impressions this seems a very good solid stove. And I've no complaints dealing with stove World UK it all seamed to run smoothly and on time. Once this is fitted and running I will write another review. Thanks
