Late review due to delay in fitting. I am very impressed. Very easy to light and heats up super quick. Very good quality. Great service from stove world. Slight issue very quickly resolved with a little mark on the unit. Very pleased indeed.
Just brilliant! It heats the kitchen with such a lovely warm glow it’s wonderful! It’s easy to light and just as easy to keep going and looks good! I’m not a keen cook but find I’m spending a lot more time in the kitchen now! Definitely recommended and dealing with the company was a doddle!
The perfect size for our room with rapid response from the damper. I check the PM2.5 regularly which was always a concern and with careful attention the readings can be kept low and controlable. Great communication from Stoveworld, happy customers.
A wee bit late with review , had the stove delivered end of July but have recently had it installed . The ordering was easy and the delivery was even a day early and all items were delivered in perfect condition , the stove is perfect for the size of our living room and everyone is very happy with its performance and highly recommend stove world to anyone thinking about buying a one.
It's a wee stove but it's like the hobbs of hell have opened up in your living room. Very impressed with the heat from such a small stove but it is really for sub 9c... Today is 16C, put two logs on it with some kindling and we were sweating like Garry Glitter in the dock... Oooft!
We are delighted with your service and the stove is just what we wanted. The courier kept us updated & delivery was on time. The packaging was first class and everything inside was perfect. Greg our HETAS engineer did the insallation and testing. The whole operation, including a new liner was amazingly straight forward!
So far whole experience very satisfactory. Stove itself looks very smart Perfect for lower end of price range. . Delivery was as promised but customers s need to be aware the delivery driver would not cross the front door threshold and left it on the pavement! Had to rely on neighbour to help lift it in the house
