This is our first stove and I’d received a lot of mixed advice. However the stove is everything we wanted it to be and we’re really please with the purchase. It was fitted by a professional installer and he was extremely complimentary.
Additionally the purchase and customer service experience was really positive!
I had this stove installed in our kitchen just before Xmas as we struggled to get the room warm enough. Since then we have used it every day and we spend most of out time in the kitchen now.
The stove itself looks great, we also purchased the stand which brought the top of the stove up to worktop height and we store wood under this in a tub. This makes it more of a feature rather than sat on the floor.
It is really easy to light and the control is very easy and efficient.
The installer recommended this stove to us, They did a great job, very clean, professional and friendly [email protected].
I would highly recommend both the Stove, the suppliers [email protected] and the installer. one of the best investments I have made. Note the picture is after lots of use , so not "As installed"
Nice stove works well and we'll packaged. Delivery was not so good, lorry came without tail lift so the stove had to be lifted off by hand. My partner who was working from home waiting for the delivery was not strong enough so I had to come home from work at short notice to help lift it off which wasn't that safe. Can't fault the driver though he was very helpful and apologetic.
Looks great and works a treat. Straightforward ordering process despite the shortage of stock. Kept well-informed with order progress. It is without doubt the best packaged product I have ever had delivered and puts most companies to shame!
Very pleased with this woodburner it seems very well made, nice to look at, and so controllable and uses less logs than our old multi fuel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sensibly priced woody.
