Stoveworld's ordering and delivery process was very efficient. Once installed, even though not 'run-in, the stove lit easily and response to the air inlet control was good - quite a contrast to our old multi-fuel stove.
The design and manufacturing quality of the Hampton 5 is excellent. Highly recommended.
We purchased this stove in June 2022. I had been worried about how much heat it would produce compared to the larger stove we had in our old house but I really need not have worried! Brilliant stove, so efficient and looks fabulous too! I'd highly recommend this for an average sized living room.
Delivery of the stove was quick and efficient. We're in the process of purchasing another stove from this great company for our open plan kitchen and dining area.

Had to wait for it to come back into stock but when it did it was delivered quickly and very well packaged. I ordered it with the Ram skull companion set and the black handle, but sent both back as the companion set was too big for our hearth and I felt the brass handle and knob would look better in our living room. Now it has been installed it looks great, just need to finish the decorating! Stove World provided a great service from ordering to promptly efunding the returned items. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again and have since recommended them to a friend. I cannot wait for the weather to turn colder so we can start using it.
Smooth transaction with stove world. Was delivered on the day i selected. Beautiful stove alot better in person than in the photos. Very heavy which is expected and has a quality look and feel about it. Waiting for it to be installed and cant wait. Going by all the other reviews am sure it will be efficient.
I am really please with my log burner, it works so well and much better than some other log burners my friends and family have from other makes including clearview and at a really good price.
It heats the whole downstairs of my house.
