Exactly what we wanted, arrived on requested day. I would be nice is delivery company gave an estimated time of arrival. I handle was scratch but a new one was sent out straight away :)
Brilliant stove. Purchased in November to replace a cheap Chinese stove. This is an amazing stove easy to light, clean, economical and the air wash system is amazing. I would have to say this is one of the best stoves on the market.
Wow,what a great wood burning stove .I was let down by two heatas engineers and also offered some ridiculous quotes by others. So I did a lot of research and decided to do a self installation also informed my local council but they haven’t got back to me.so I carried on regardless this was a big job for me so I did it in stages as I am in my sixty’s and have health issues I followed all the rules and regulations and have documented each stage of the work involved. And now I have a lovely wood burning stove installed and this stove really does throw out the heat it’s very easy to light and clean and very good on fuel. And is a lot cheaper than running the central heating I even boil a kettle on it.it’s a winner also must mention the great service and information from stove world a very good professional company and the only one I will use. I was quite happy to pay for this installation but have saved my self a lot of money.
Bought this stove from you just the other week, from start to finish what a great experience. Fantastic staff so helpful and knowledgeable about their products, i live in Ireland and the stove was with me in just 5 days totally amazing. As for the stove itself what a gem, so cosy without overheating the room, fantastic view of the flames and so controllable and economical absolutely brilliant

Ordered on Friday and received by the following Wednesday, excellent service. Friendly, helpful delivery guy. Well packaged, looks good, not yet installed so can’t comment on its performance.
Bought to replace a Morso squirrel which had sprung apart at some joints. A problem I suspect with cast iron stoves. Stove world website was easy to use and it was easy to find an equivalent sized stove to fit into the same space. Quick and efficient ordering and speedy delivery into the house. The installers found it easy to install. Looks good - clean lines and great sized glass. Lights and burns very well. Not yet used a big fire as running in but even the small fire gave good warmth.
