We bought our Hampton 5kw - Eco Design Ready - Defra Approved - With Stand in June 2019, We decided to have our integral garage converted into a “snug” with a log burner a priority. ( and a full cinema and football package.) I looked for a simple to operate, efficient log only stove. In the two years since it has proved to be marvellous. The stove is really easy to adjust. Birch tends to burn quickest, the knob hardly out, the others need a few millimetres more out. I like to watch a footer match and a film from 5pm to 10pm. It usually burns four decent logs, or if birch about five at most. We have a large drying rack with a full load of washing bone dry next morning. Our experience of the fire? Smashing. The sales staff? Really pleasant, helpful and the are truthful, it is a marvellous product. We no longer go to “ luxury cottages”, it’s far nicer staying at home in our snug, enjoying a really nice stove which is very good.
The service from Stove World has been fantastic and they have made it an easy company to deal with. Stove was delivered on the day promised and was installed yesterday. Very pleased with the looks and the installation didn't take very long. Currently have only burnt three lots of kindling as part of the stoves burning in process but I have no doubt it will perform very well. Stove was also a reasonable price and was recommended to us by a Stove installer.Thank you Stove World.
Our old stovewe struggled to get going. It was installed by previous owner of the house. Then found out it wasn’t within regs with our oak beam and there wasn’t enough hearth in front. Instead of swapping the oak for concrete I preferred to purchase a stove I knew would be efficient and made in the uk. I needed one which was smaller in height to my old one and the Hampton was the only one I could find which allowed enough of a clearance.
A fantastic stove! Unbelievable easy to light and get going with lots of heat very quickly.
Quick delivery and packaged on a small pallet very well.
Would recommend both stove world and the Hampton 5.
Excellent build quality and an amazing wood burner which leaves very little ash whilst being very efficient. Defra approved and Eco ready with the most affordable price on the market. Highly recommended!

I bought a Hampton 5 with stand in December 2018 and was so pleased with it I bought another Hampton 5 (without stand) for another room last December. Its easy to light and get going and extremely efficient compared to our earlier generation stoves. The afterburn is fascinating to watch once it gets going. The only problem we found is if you have the rear box for the rear flue entry, the provided rope seal is not liquid proof if you have any tar deposits condensing in the flue and it will leak out. Stove World later advised also sealing with a heat resistant silicone and that has cured it. Service was good and the goods arrived well packed and on time. Thoroughly recommend both Stove World and the Hampton.
Fabulous stove! Really couldn't be happier...easy to light, heats up rapidly, economical, lovely clear glass all at a bargain price. Absolutely delighted.
Lovely stove looks very elegant in my new fireplace. What a difference to the warmth in the room which seems to seep into the whole house! Would recommend. ( Picture posted to gallery)
