Have had the stove installed just prior to Christmas and what great addition to the household. Only wish is should have done it years ago. The stove is ideal and heats the house superbly. Stoveworld were also excellent with their prompt delivery. Verey happy with it all.
Update to previous posts. Have had the time to learn how to optimally use the stove. Beautiful stove. Very quiet. Easy to clean. Great with all fuel types.
Logs
Used hardwood.kiln dried. Get up to temp then.damp down vents.and burns efficiently all night. Very comfy temps in stonewall building easily over 20C. Had it up to 27C easily as trial. Feels it burns logs best, however it's a multifuel....
Smokeless
In essence fire up,.load up.and forget about it all night. More ash and more work but very effective.
Very pleased with the service from Stoveworld. The stove is a great addition to our house.
The delivery was also very prompt and arrived when they said it would.
Further update. Stove commissioned. Works very well with multifuel grate and smokeless. One load last all night. Fairly easy clean with poker and brush. Haven't used anything like a full load but so far very effective. Very pleased..Very smart and flexible stove..Great service from Stove World
Purchased an Ecosy+ Snug 5 multifuel. Great looking compact but very heavy stove. Excellent price and delivery ( helped up a spiral on the pallet). Just had it installed and await plaster drying. Will update. So far 5 stars
Very impressed with the packaging and delivery, delivery guys helped carry it in he had the heavy end :), the stove was so we’ll packed /protected too , happy with the price and the look of it ,just cant wait to install /get logging :)
Just been fitted and bedded in, very easy to use and well made, live on far north coast of Scotland and the service from Stove World and carrier was excellent.
The Snug stoves are amazing for what you pay. As an OFTEC registered installer I must of fitted almost 30 of these and they are as good as stoves that cost twice or three times as much. Usually fast delivery and a pleasure to deal with.
Pleased with product. Looks very nice now fitted, although haven't actually lit it yet as weather has been boiling hot the last week! We did have a bit of an issue with some of the extra 'bits and pieces" not having arrived with the delivery. However I have to say that the response once I raised we had an issue was very good and extra bits were sent out very promptly so did not cause us a problem. Good company to deal with.
Ordered two stoves and couldn’t be happier. Stove world kept me informed and delivered as promised. As they were only installed in March, I’ve only had one proper fire since bedding them in. I’m not wishing the summer away but I’m almost looking forward to winter, so I can be nice and cosy with a good fire. The only thing I would say is, make sure you have plenty of muscle as stoves are really heavy. My son and I needed a little sit down after shifting two of the blighters.
