Absolutely love our stove, it’s transformed our living room. Was apprehensive as we could only have a small stove due to the size of the fireplace but it looks absolutely gorgeous and the heat is amazing. Really simple to use and modern to look at, even the delivery driver was amazing and actually placed it where we wanted it. Customer service was top class too. After ordering a larger stove and realising after purchasing it was probably going to be too large a full refund was given immediately before purchasing a second smaller one. Can’t fault this company from start to finish top class. Will definitely recommend. 10/10
This is is an extraordinary little stove. This is our first stove, so we thought that it would take us some time to develop 'the knack' of getting it lit. We needn't have worried. This stove is so well-designed that lighting it is an absolute breeze. The controls are simple, easy to use and effective. Despite its diminutive size, the Snug pumps out heat very effectively and the heat continues to radiate long after the wood has turned into ash. Our lounge is even noticeably warm the morning after an evening of use. The Snug is incredible value for money.
Lovely stove and changed our victorian tiled open fire place to multi fuel stove. Our choice was limited by the cast iron fire surround.
The Snug 5 was recommended. Ordering and delivery was all very efficient and timely.
The handbook isnt very clear. The first operating requires 3 small fires to "temper" the stove. To avoid paint flaking creasing,or peeling. Booklet doesn't give state what temperature range this should take place at, how much kindling to use in the process. Refers to using a stove thermometer but doesn't explain you can't use a stove thermometer on new stoves until the paint fully cured by tempering.
Not used the stove yet but was very disappointed in the delivery had to physically lift the stove off a transit van and lift it all the way up my drive in hindsight I should have refused the delivery but am getting it fitted this week and couldn’t risk waiting
After moving house and leaving our lovely stove behind we were very keen to have a stove fitted at our new place. Our installer recommended the Ecosy+Snug 5kw, to be honest we were a bit hesitant because of the price, at under £500 it was less than half the cost of our previous stove. We had no reason to worry though, not only does it look good it is very easy to operate, the burn is very controllable meaning it is very economical on fuel. Now well into the heating season the stove is used every night with wood and produces very little ash (we only empty the stove once per week), also we are impressed with how clean the glass keeps, which was a pet hate with our last stove.
All in all, a great stove at a great price.
This is my second stove from yourselves. This one is not installed yet but fully expect it to be as good as the previous stove (the Panorama) it certainly looks the part already. Will send you pics once it’s up and running, that will be September.
