Very pleased so far. We purchased through Stoveworld UK on the advice of our installer. The stove arrived quickly, and we haven't had any issues since installation. I would definitely recommend the stove itself, and Stoveworld UK as a company.
Part two.
Had this fitted about a month now, by Prestige Chimney Sweep, who did a really great job.
The burner is everything we could have hoped for, and has brought new life to cold rooms and huge gas bills. This is often too hot, opening doors helps warm most of our old 4 bed house. its been on for about 10 hours a day and burns about 80% of a large dumpy bag of hardwood logs in that time. But if used economically it burns about one log an hour, just ticking over.
Two things I would recommend - buy a stove that has a log store under for two reasons; 1, its a lot easier to load and clean out, and 2, the flames are more at eye level, and this adds presence to the room. The second thing get a stove which has a grate and dust pan, makes getting ash out super easy in the morning.
the controls on this are so effective its like a gas fire! Going from red glowing to intense flames in just a few second.
We love it.
This is a beautiful stove which arrived very quickly and securely package. Has a substantial presence, favourably commented on by everyone who has seen it. We had it installed in a large log cabin and it heats the space perfectly. The stand raises it up and brings it to eye level when seated and it is easier to put in the logs at that hight. The air wash system does what it promises and keeps the glass clean and has the added benefit of making the flames dance beautifully! Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and multi fuel burner.

What I can say at this stage is that it was delivered on time, and securely packed. Had the option of keeping the pallet it was delivered on. I have to say they are unfeasibly heavy given its smallish overall size, adn it can not be taken apart to make it lighter. Once in the house I have to say it is beautifully made and finished.
