The sales staff were very helpful answering questions before purchase, then impeccable when I experienced a delivery issue.
As for the stove it looks great, takes a little while to warm up due to being cast iron, then retains heat giving plenty of heat. Only fitted a week ago so not had chance to push it a full winter, but I'm sure it will perform.
The service from stoveworld was excellent. The stove was delivered as instructed, in good time.
It looks great in my log cabin.
The Ecosy manual could have been more helpfull, indicating what vent position was OPEN and Closed.
All in all, I am very happy with the purchase.
