Good quality product, excellent delivery. Looks great. I ordered the Matt black handle which cost twenty quid but they still included the chrome standard one. Why?

Really nice fire, good, solid build, burns well and has a huge output for the size of the fire, also a very attractive design.
I've found the best burn is a single layer of coals with a few logs on top to get a bed of embers and then it can be shut down for the rest of the time, just adding an odd log on every so often. used with 10" kiln dried Birch, (if you can get it, the best result was achieved with 16" ash which burned steadily for 4 hours).
Stoveworld offered a quick delivery, arrived very well packed. All in all, excellent value for money!

In summary a great purchase, thank you Stoveworld!

Brilliant communications from the company throughout My order
Stove is sturdy and heavy, looks the part and more importantly heats the room up lovely.
Ordered the hearth to go with it and room looks mega.

I purchased the Ecosy+Mulberry10 just over a month ago and have used it almost every night since. This is a great fire with easy to use controls and generates a lot of heat. The air wash system for keeping the glass clean is a bonus and works quite well. My only criticism is that the legs aren’t fitted at delivery, if they were it would be a lot easier to handle off the pallet! Overall I’m very pleased with the fire, the price and the service ..

Couldn't be happier with this stove! Really impressed with how long a litre of fuel will burn for and the heat output is great, excellent secondary heat source in our stone cottage (not a well insulated new build!). The flames look great too. Communication from the company was great, as was the courier who delivered.

Fantastic stove. We chose it because of its short distance to combustible's the Hetas fitter was impressed, and i can confirm having it fitted yesterday. Very pleased with it just got to get used to the controls.

We were unsure between bio or wood. Decided convertible best... had instant bio heating after delivery, no installation nor building works and lovely warm winter!
Property: late 1700s, 5mx5m room with 4m high stone walls, sash windows, secondary glazing. The fireplace is open, with Chimney Sheep for draughts. Have one radiator for the room, and need boosting. Delighted with output of the Biostove! We fill with 1 litre - 4 hours is right for an evening. If need more, we wait a good 30 mins+ before refuelling.
We read other reviews that said they were not sure about bothering to convert... We are the same. With standard Stove fan on top, kicks on after 15 mins, and holes left open on top to increase heat circ.
Experimented with scented biofuels, don't recommend – instead leave a small cast iron pan on top of stove, oil base, adding essential oils when used- warms up and fan blows it around. Helps with slight smell of biofuel. Perfect product.
