If you want the water and radiators to get over 40c you'll need to take the two side fire bricks out. Don't do what I did by having two plumbers and a fitter out until I realised. The only problem with doing this is the log guard now doesn't fit but I'm sure I can modify it somehow.
The stove looks better than all other boiler stoves i've seen however I don't know if the efficiency to the water is as good as the less modern styles.
Heats 7 radiators and water tank no problem. Overall very happy. Stove world very helpful as well.

Absolutely thrilled with this Bio Stove !! Thank you very much it has finished our room off lovely. Looks great in the corner when not in use and lovely and cozy when lit. We did a lot of research and so pleased we went with Stove World. Fast delivery and excellent communication. Stove is solid arrives on a pallet with excellent packaging. Definitely recommend !!!

I ordered a Leo V Pure Bio Stove a couple of weeks ago- the purchase and delivery of it was quick and hassle-free.
First impressions were the unit was of a good sturdy weight of good quality with the finish really smart. The ceramic logs look really good and add to the feel of the flames when on.
The unit takes about 15-20 mins to properly get going and start throwing out heat, but once it does it's a really nice supplementary heat source with a very cosy feel.
Filling the fuel, lighting, closing off etc is all really straight forward, and loving not having to clean it up like I usually would with a log burner.
Overall, a great unit, and you get what you're paying for!

Some of the side bricks on our Ecosy+ Ottawa stove are just starting to crack and I was pleased to see that Stove World sell ready cut to size replacement packs at a reasonable price. Ordering was straightforward and dispatch was very prompt. I intend to replace the bricks at the end of the burning season. Excellent service.

I ordered the dark oak beam and delivery was really quick. The colour was too dark for my decor so after a very helpful conversation with Tom at customer services, I exchanged for the light oak beam which is perfect. The company were very extremely professional and helpful and everything was resoved in a just over 1 week. I can thoroughly recommend Stoveworld.

I had to find a small sized fan to fit in the alcove where the stove sits. Came across this one with good reviews; I'd like to add to the good reviews with my take on the service an quality. Delivery was speedy and the fan does its job quietly and quickly (by quickly I mean that the fan starts to spin at a lower temperature than it's 'sister' fan n the other side of the stove chimney). 5 stars all round.

Add this extra guard for more height to secure fuel in the fire.
No brainer in the end , great addition and so easy to fit even someone from the RAF Regt could manage it , gives a piece of mind of securing the logs.
Hats off to whoever packaged the guard as it was really well done and secure , I bet they do all the Xmas wrapping in their house

Realised at Christmas that the bricks in my excellent Hampton Ecosy 5 stove were badly cracked and corroded and ordered this spares kit. Even though it was holiday period my order placed on 26/12, shipped on 29/12 and was delivered by Royal Mail on 31/12/25 in deepest Cornwall. Replacement in stove was quick and straightforward. Good product and excellent service from the Stove World Team over the holiday period.

Fire arrived on time as per emails, already installed and a lot hotter then expected and that was with the burner half closed
Only one disappointment is that I have had to use the plate to cover vents in top do to much heat going up onto wood fire place and the screws supplied are not black, so need to purchase a tin of stove paint. also I wish there was a bit more information on how to fit logs as there are groves in them but nothing to said best positions
Have included picture ignore green tap as that to be removed as altering surround

Love our bio stove! Delivery was quick, even over Christmas. We didn't want to fork out thousands to have a log burner installed so we opted for a biofuel stove and its perfect. It creates a lovely warm atmosphere for our newly decorated livingroom and it does kick out some heat which is great! Highly recommend if you're thinking about getting one.

Bought this stove from StoveWorld and had it fitted the week before Christmas - great timing, as it made our kitchen/dinner/snug lovely and warm when otherwise the area would have been sadly wanting of a supplementary heat source. The plan was to light it in the evenings but it has only been out once since fitting to help combat cold and windy weather - so happy to come in to the warmth. Had to wait for stock to arrive (ordered knowing this) but delivery was then very prompt and exactly as forecast by StoveWorld. No issues with the product at all and it does as specified. Fitting cost > 3x the excellent stove price so beware and shop around, plus note that HETAS regulations may have you pulling your hair out with exasperation.

It's not often that a product exceeds expectations but this stove has, it gives out great heat I bought the fan as well, it looks great and so well made. It took minutes to put in place. Arrived so quickly too.
