Nice stove works well and we'll packaged. Delivery was not so good, lorry came without tail lift so the stove had to be lifted off by hand. My partner who was working from home waiting for the delivery was not strong enough so I had to come home from work at short notice to help lift it off which wasn't that safe. Can't fault the driver though he was very helpful and apologetic.

Stove is solid, looks great. But if buying the bio ethanol version do not expect a great flame or heat output. The flame is a lot smaller and might dissapoint.
This is not a reflection on the stove but of generally the limitations of using bio ethanol fuel.
I would buy this stove again and it is one of the best value ones in the UK and I did lots of research before buying.

Delivery was excellent and the stove looks great. My only criticism is the ash pan. It catches on the agitator which is infuriating, ash goes everywhere. It’s a poor design, the void is too small and the agitator is poorly supported. In time I will remove it all together. Shame really as apart from that the stove seems great .

Just what we needed.
We tried hearth mats but the carpet under them makes them 'walk' away from the hearth.
But this solid glass hearth stays where you put it.

Excellent burner for the money. Nice size and very solid build quality. The fire box would benefit from been a bit deeper and the ash pan is quite small but does it’s job.
I burn kindling with one heat log with all vents open which brings the stove temperature up to 400/500 degrees before adding two kilos of smokeless fuel which keeps the stove hot for nine to ten hours with bottom vent left open and top two closed. Very pleased with the output of this stove considering the low amount of fuel used .

I love this stove it’s well built and burns well can be kept in all night using night briquettes. It’s been a real godsend in the cold spell we had just before Christmas the whole house feels warmer

A well designed, modern looking stove, that is both well constructed and efficient in operation. The large, panoramic glass door offers a superb view of the flames inside, whilst allowing effective heat transfer. Overall, a superb stove.

This log burner is perfect, fits my fireplace perfectly. No problems in installation, quick delivery. It looks perfect, modern but authentic, lovely big glass front for beautiful views on the flames. Very good value for money. Only fault is that the top vent doesn’t close off properly, I believe this is designed this way for the new regulations on burners that weren’t in place last time I purchased one. Regardless would definitely recommend this stove.

We have just had the stove fitted so we’ve been having small fires to get the stove ready for it’s first proper burn so haven’t had it up to full temperature yet. Even with a small fire the stove has warmed our living room really well and the large glass window has already been enchanting the kids.
A friend recommended Ecosy and I will absolutely be doing the same.

I couldn’t be happier with this beautiful Hampton Highline stove from Stoveworld. It looks spectacular, the flames are so visual through the tall rectangular glass and it’s easy to keep clean. Delighted in every way. Superb quality for the price.
