We found Stove world while searching for a stove online. We looked at the reviews and decided we'd take a chance - absolutely thrilled that we did!
Simple purchasing process and were also able to use a payment plan (which is really helpful). We booked shipping, choosing a preferred day for delivery, even though they couldn't guarantee it, they would try.
The stove arrived, sealed and packaged on a pallet, on the chosen day after recieving tracking updates. Unwrapped it and the stove looked great!
We lit the fire and have used it every night since. It takes good sized logs with phenomenal heat!
The heat from it is phenomenal! Thanks for a fab fire and super service!!

Although I'm still waiting for fitting of the stove so therefore can't comment on performance I was delighted with stoveworld for price and quality of the stove. Ordering was straightforward and they communicated well with regular emails. My only problem was with the delivery company which was nothing to do with stoveworld, they dumped it right in the middle of my drive in the pouring rain meaning i had to come home from work and pull it into the garage

Ordered online and the pictures online don't do it justice very good quality and looks fantastic cant wait for it to be fitted.
The way it was packaged and delivered was Brilliant everything very protected.
Would also like to say the customer service was great. Would highly recommend.

From the beginning, had updates regularly, delivered well packaged too, unfortunately my husband managed to break the glass ( by thinking he was He -man) unfortunately stove world were closed then , so phoned them first thing next morning, not only did they have spare glass in stock but even gave me a £15.00 discount and true to their word it was delivered within 4 days. They also said that a black handle which I had paid for was on order so they sent me a different handle instead and would post the new one out to me. 5 stars plus from me and I would definitely recommend Stove world.

Lovely stove .. love the large glass door.
Only problem is that as you close the door the top pin in the door hinge works it’s way loose - I have to remember to keep pushing it back down or the door comes off .. yikes

It works! And it works well. It is still fairly new and I have only run it aggressively once. The heat output is good and the after burner worked really well.
The reason for 4 stars is because it is very difficult to clean. The photo shows the aftermath of getting the Ash out and lighting it. I washed the hearth this morning! It is impossible to get the Ash out of the fire bars without spreading it everywhere.
Plus the tool set needs to include tongs!

Very pleased with this woodburner it seems very well made, nice to look at, and so controllable and uses less logs than our old multi fuel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sensibly priced woody.

I’m so impressed with this company, I called to clarify delivery times before ordering, I got through easily and spoke to a really helpful chap who answered all my questions. Communication was great I was informed when the log burner was in stock and when it would be delivered. The product itself is beautiful and well made. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

I was initally annoyed that I couldn't pre order the stove whilst they were waiting for more stock to arrive and was told to keep an eye on the website and to order when it became available again. This was annoying as it meant having to check daily, to ensure I managed to get one before they sold out again. That aside, the stove showed up on a pallet, very well packed with good communication regarding shipping times etc. The stove is very nicely put together and looks very good quality and value for money. It has not been installed yet, so can't comment regarding how well it operates yet. I ordered the chimney extension box option that goes on the back, meaning the entire top of the stove is clear and allows the chimney to run closer to the wall. I also bought the teardrop shaped tinted glass hearth. Looking forward to getting it in action.

First of all, the stove was delivered quickly, well packaged and on a small pallet that meant I could get it inside my garden and into the house on my own.
The stove itself is easy to put together and move into position.
When lit it produces a nice heat, not too hot for our home. It has a fairly small burning area so make sure logs aren't too big or chop them down. Lights quickly and all controls are easy to use.
Yes, the handle opens across the glass but I use the free heat glove we got with the stove which keeps me safe.
The ash pan is small and when removing it causes the grate to empty into the space. This is a pain but a long handled kitchen spoon handle gets into the hard to reach corners to clear them out. There is enough space under for me to vacuum and clear any ash that fals through.
Overall very pleased for an excellent price, DEFRA approved and clear skies means you burn though wood etc quicker but less pollution released

We've not installed the fire yet, but it looks great and the company were fantastic to deal with. The first stove arrived damaged (these things happen), I contacted StoveWorld and a date for replacement had been arranged within an hour and the stove swapped within 48 hours. Amazing service. I would recommend Stove World

Absolutely love my stove! When I ordered it it was out of stock, so was not not expecting to receive it this side of Christmas based on other websites I’ve looked at, but was delighted to get a call to say they were back in stock and I received minea week after ordering. Delivery was straightforward and the delivery guy was friendly. As for the wood burner, it is just what I hoped for, it gives a great effect and does give off enough heat to take the chill out the room. Looks beautiful too. Thoroughly recommend the product and the company.

Well….. where do I begin!!! The service was fantastic from the get go! Watching the video reviews helped us decide which stove we wished to purchase and it’s nice to see the genuine enthusiasm of Karl when he is reviewing the stoves. It did make us laugh when he got so excited about operating the air controls. The stove was delivered when expected and was packaged so well! We had a little query and they came back within hours and answered the query and offered additional support if needed. The stove is cleaarly one of amazing quality and we look forward to using it when connected. Fabulous work Stove world!!!

Looks great and really happy with this stoce. Arrived quickly. When we openeded the Stove a couple of days after delivery there was a crack in the glass from transit to delivery. Contacted them via email and a new one was dispatched straight away. Great service.

Recently purchased this fire. It looks and feels quality. Great product at a great price. The wide glass is great for viewing the flames. It was delivered on a pallet very well packaged/protected. Would definitely recommend.
