Our old stovewe struggled to get going. It was installed by previous owner of the house. Then found out it wasn’t within regs with our oak beam and there wasn’t enough hearth in front. Instead of swapping the oak for concrete I preferred to purchase a stove I knew would be efficient and made in the uk. I needed one which was smaller in height to my old one and the Hampton was the only one I could find which allowed enough of a clearance. A fantastic stove! Unbelievable easy to light and get going with lots of heat very quickly. Quick delivery and packaged on a small pallet very well. Would recommend both stove world and the Hampton 5.

Excellent build quality and an amazing wood burner which leaves very little ash whilst being very efficient. Defra approved and Eco ready with the most affordable price on the market. Highly recommended!

I have yet to get it installed but it looks amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. The staff were very helpful in helping me decide and dealing with a small problem I had.

Great height to take the smoke out of the roof cover. Only problem was we couldn’t fit it to the existing flue pipe as we had used it and it somehow changed shape . Had to make a few cuts to make it fit but all ok in the end.

yesterday i wrote a review complaining i hadent been rung back .this was the result firstly a broken ankel ive suffered followed by a nightmere day strugeling with our internet speed .dont want to make this a book i was rang by a very nice lady called Kelly she sorted out the glass i need and i feel a right pratt id not give a thought that to check the store probably involves a medical at least these days or that no fault of anybody but me it was late in the day when i first said what it was iwanted in short this company was good when i got the fire a few years ago and i apologise to any staff for any wayi made them look bad they were always nice and got me what i needed and a credit to the company thank you for your time

As a follow up to this, after a few weeks of using it - the stove has now settled in and is even better. It meets and passes all expectations. So glad that we found this stove.

We fitted a hampton highline 5kw stove. We fitted the direct air vent and connected it to a therminox 5 inch chminey by Poujolat. The stove burns extremely well, lighting is a breeze and once up to temperature it is easy to control. Good seasoned or kiln dried wood burns for a long time with high output. The larger glass door lets the heat out bit you get a great visual. For a video of it in action search for it on youtube stoveworld ecosy hampton highline.

Fantastic stove and amazing customer service. After the first stove was damaged by the third party delivery driver, Stove World immediately organised for pickup and delivery of a replacement unit within 24hrs. Looks as good as a Chesney stove 4x the cost. I would highly recommend Stoveworld Uk.

Bought this stove to fit to a sunroom to provide heat for it and the attached large kitchen. Used the direct air vent and used the 5 inch flue attached to a poujoulat therminox chimney. It burns so well and very clean. I use well seasoned hardwoods from lighting it only takes 15 minutes to push heat out once up to temperature 2 good logs last for hours.

Purchased this 30kw stove from Stove World in March and now only just had it installed due to Covid. It is everything that it said on the tin and what was promised! We have a large 4 bedroom house and it heats all of the radiators. The only negative comment I would make it that the controls mostly need to stay on open and yes the wood is seasoned. After a great deal of research we settled for the Panoramic. We wanted a very wide 5kw stove that was eco design ready. This one ticked all the boxes. Excellent quality and great after sales service from the company,

I've had the pizza oven since the end of may, and have used it fairly extensively over the past few months.The oven is fairly substantial, well made and heats up quickly. I've been able to get it up to 500 degrees in 30 minutes, and have been able to cook pizzas in just over a couple of minutes. I made an insulated plinth for it to sit on that butts up to the underside of the pizza oven, this provides more insulation and helps the oven retain heat (i used ceramic board and fire cement). Since doing this i have been able to do low and slow cooks after having used it for cooking pizza, where the oven has stayed up at 200+ for 4 or so hours after the fire has died down. All in all this is an awesome value piece of kit, and i look forward to all the experimentation that having a wood fired oven allows me to have....

Hello Stoveworld, This is my second stove from yourselves. This one is not installed yet but fully expect it to be as good as the previous stove (the Panorama) it certainly looks the part already. Brilliant!! We've had our pizza oven for a few years and the cover needed replacing. This replacement is actually better than the original as its cut a little bigger for the pipe which make it much easier to fit!

Love my new stove....a first for me. I'm only at the tempering stage but I think it look great. Can't wait for cooler weather. Thank you

Hi thank you so much for your email and I had already planned to email you saying how delighted we were with our purchase from you! I have to say, from the moment I saw your product advertised in a google search, your excellent website and highly informative videos, I was confident that I was dealing with some expertise in the world of stoves! (See what I did there!). Then, I had numerous questions that Kelly answered promptly despite working from home at this difficult time. She was excellent and responded quickly and knowledgably. Then after my order, I had to amend some items and nothing was too much trouble for her despite my dithering! Delivery speed was amazing and as scheduled despite the complex circumstances we are living in. Well the stove is fully fitted now and working perfectly (within tempering guidance) and we feel it has really added some style to our fireplace and such an improvement on our outgoing stove that we’ve recycled to our gazebo! I would highly recommend your company and I honestly cannot believe we’ve been able to buy such an up to date, efficient and future proof stove for the money it really is exceptional value for money. I am extremely pleased with my pizza oven purchase which has been my second from Stoveworld. I now have the 2 alongside each other for when I want to cook for bigger groups. The Green Machine is wider than my original oven and I think the extra room is great. These really are great value for money and as they aren’t ridiculously heavy you can easily construct a base. The service from start to finish was exceptional and Kelly was extremely helpful.

The Panoramic was bought to replace a 30 year old stove. The old stove still produced plenty of heat, however the modern stove produces more heat with less fuel that lasts at least twice as long! It still seems odd that a couple of logs will last an hour whilst still pumping heat into the room. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

We have owned this stove for just over a year and all I can say is wow!! We were concerned because it seemed so much cheaper than other versions but needn’t have worried. It’s solid, absolutely stunning to look at and supplies more than enough heat. So glad we chose it!!

Ordered and received the Ottawa 5 Defra Stove and was fitted in the revised fire place and what a little beauty it is, well built and looks great we adhered to the break in instruction and now working fantastic, for a small multi fuel stove it pumps the heat out, brilliant stove and worth every penny.

Great service with fast delivery. Grate fits but was expecting it to be smaller than shown on the site. Shown as 300 x 170 but was actually 310 x 175 Fits and in use but no play for expansion later on.

Bricks arrived quickly along with replacement grate. Postage very reasonable. Stove all fixed up at very good price.

We had a large fireplace to fill and wanted something a little different. We are over the moon with the way it looks. We use the oven for roasting chestnuts and warming bread the house smells delicious. I ordered this over Christmas and it arrived within 3 days. I bought a Hampton 5 with stand in December 2018 and was so pleased with it I bought another Hampton 5 (without stand) for another room last December. Its easy to light and get going and extremely efficient compared to our earlier generation stoves. The afterburn is fascinating to watch once it gets going. The only problem we found is if you have the rear box for the rear flue entry, the provided rope seal is not liquid proof if you have any tar deposits condensing in the flue and it will leak out. Stove World later advised also sealing with a heat resistant silicone and that has cured it. Service was good and the goods arrived well packed and on time. Thoroughly recommend both Stove World and the Hampton.

Absolutely gorgeous little stove! It’s looks stunning and I had excellent customer service. I. Couldn’t be happier and I would highly recommend stove world and the stove itself.

Bought this stove 3 months ago and it’s been lit most evenings since then. It is small but the window is big and you get a good view of the burning logs. The glass cleans easily. It is easy to start a fire using both vents and even when both are shut, the fire keeps on burning nicely. This stove is top quality for the price, just as good as stoves that cost twice the price. It warms the room up nicely despite its small size.

6 months plus usage of this stove now, its on every day, no faults at all, haven't replaced any internal parts, all still very good considering constant usage, only burning seasoned and kiln dried woods. Have all the spares, internal from stove world for when I need them including stove glass. Using stove thermometer to keep things right. Hope this helps if you are wanting this stove, its a little cracker for the price. Tony, Tosh

*Delayed review* I’ve had this stove for 3 years now and it’s perfect! I’ve replaced the fire bricks (replacements sold by stoveworlduk) once since having it as the top brick broke in half. The stove puts out a lot of heat and burns every efficiently and the two vents allow you to control the burn better. The ash tray below is large enough to collect ashes, but the tool to take the tray out isn’t great for me. I don’t use it as I usually empty it when it’s cold. Favourite part is the glass. It’s huge and so mesmerising. It’s made my home so cosy, exactly what I wanted. Overall - Brilliant stove at a great price. Customer service is exceptional

We bought the wrong stove (too hot for our room). Stove World UK very helpful in organising return and exchange etc. All very prompt and efficient.
