I don't often post reviews but in this case it is warranted.
Stoveworld did everything that was asked of them and more. Every email was answered quickly and politely.
Delivery is quite often a problem where we live, but Stoveworld tracked and updated and made sure we were happy.
As a retired business person it's heartening to deal with such a professional company. The stove was very reasonably priced and looks great, this winter we can use a room we had to shut off last year. Thank you Stoveworld.

Very pleased so far. We purchased through Stoveworld UK on the advice of our installer. The stove arrived quickly, and we haven't had any issues since installation. I would definitely recommend the stove itself, and Stoveworld UK as a company.

I needed a 500mm flue with access hole and found stove world was the cheapest and had the part in stock. It was delivered when they said it would be and was in perfect condition. Couldn't ask for more, thank you's.

The fire and boiler are amazing it warms up so quickly
And provides more than enough heat to the whole house
The only small issue is the instructions manual is useless
It tells you all about the install but nothing about how to use it to get the best out of it
And I still don't know what the knob at the bottom does

I received the stove burner last week in our very chilly bungalow and am delighted with how it looks and the warmth it emits (looks so realisti) as well as the quality, it's quite heavy and really looks the part. We opted for the extras of black handle, ceramic logs and a flue and are delighted at how easy it was to fit and fill the fire with a view to taking the chill off our room. Great purchase from start to finish.
The website is clear and full of information for an informed choice on what stove best suits your needs. Along with a fantastic price.
Having the Pure Air information adds to the correct selection for anyone looking for sustainability and planet health.
The website allowed me to choose the best date for me for its delivery, and good information from the courier as to the time slot.
It is a heavy delivery though and since the courier only deliver kerb side, be prepared with help to move it inside.
The fitting was simple and it looks amazing in place.
It is a great stove, with 3 sources of air intake, so always simple to light a fire and easy to manage for burn and heat with simple movement of air sliders.
I would and have recommended both the stove and StoveWorld to friends and colleagues.

I ordered a hearth extension from Stove World and within an hour I had the order confirmed and shipped! Receiving it within 2 days it was wrapped well and in good condition upon arrival. The product is great and customer service from them is excellent

Really swift delivery, arrived a few days earlier than expected. It is a lovely looking stove, even nicer in real life. My installer was very impressed with it. Very good value for money. Can’t wait to move in a light a fire.

It's a wee stove but it's like the hobbs of hell have opened up in your living room. Very impressed with the heat from such a small stove but it is really for sub 9c... Today is 16C, put two logs on it with some kindling and we were sweating like Garry Glitter in the dock... Oooft!

I downgraded from a 7.5kw due to the regulations of needing air vents in the room. So I brought this stove instead. I am really impressed with the design and overall quality. I was surprised there was a little bit of self build which required installing the legs which overall wasn’t that difficult.
It looks perfect in my fireplace and I am looking forward to using it now it’s getting colder.

I bought this stove to replace a 40 year old villager that had done it’s time and what a difference it has made.
It’s so controllable and efficient that if the few small fires I’ve had are anything to go by then I should half the amount of wood that I previously used.
The delivery driver was an absolute star and kept me updated all of the way and he couldn’t do enough to help.
My fitter was also very impressed with the stove for ease of fitting and build quality and it was at a great price.
Looking forward to the winter now.

Really high quality fireplace that is solid, heavy and finished to a very high level
Of workmanship. Delivery to N Ireland was fact and efficient and well worth the shipping cost. I have used the stove once and am very pleased with the flame and heat that it gives out. Huge recommendation to stove world. Project ongoing but pic enclosed!

Wow, I have had a few wood burners in my life but this is by far the best. Massive glass panel to view the fire. Easy to install (installed myself). Great air flow control. Really happy, everyone loves it who comes to our place!

It looks fantastic. Installed today and tested, A1. We have a large living room and it doesn't look out of place at all - our fear was it would be too small, but with the flue pipe in place it's perfect. Proof will be over the Winter but so far so good - great comms, great delivery, great product.

Many thanks to all at stove world UK for your great customer care! Especially as the flueliner arrived damaged from the courier which had been to tightly packed with other pallets being stacked to close to my order, i must stress this was down to the courier and not stove world whom acted promptly to replace it which was very much appreciated! my inset ecosy stove is now in situ and it looks great set back into the chimney breast, I've not yet used it but the arsonist within me is looking forward to doing so soon now that we will be getting into the colder months LOL , the fire is the focus and feature of my living room!

Very pleased with the Newburn Wide 5 stove. Weighs a ton, so if you are doing the fitting yourself, you will need a second pair of (strong) hands.
I cannot fault the item itself, really well made and creates a nice centrepiece for the fireplace.
One gripe however, Messrs Stove World - please provide an instruction manual with text in a sensibly sized font, the text in the manual supplied is absolutely tiny and really not at all easy to read!

Great looking boiler stove, appears well made and a quality product. Installing at the weekend so looking forward to the first fire up.
