About the Stove Heat Shield

The double layered Panoramic heat shield can be retrofitted to all Panoramic 5 models except the versions with the cast base. Its clever design incorporates magnets that allow you to fix the shield to the stove, making it a quick and simple job that anyone can do. No brackets or fixing kits required.

Once fitted, the heat shield reduces the distances to combustibles at the rear to just 100mm, with the sides being reduced down to 300mm - This is only applicable if a twin walled flue pipe is being used. Single skin flues radiate a lot of heat and require a greater distance from the combustible material. Please note, this listing is for the heat shield only and not the stove. The heat shield can also not be used in conjunction with a rear flue box, but does have a rear entry hole fitted.

Note: Please ensure you have the Panoramic 5 and not the larger Panoramic 9 model.

This heat shield is made from steel and finsihed in heat resistant black paint which matches the stove.
